1. Contact with customer care

We are sure SAY MAKEUP products will match our customers' expectations. If for some reason it is not the case, the return or the exchange can be made within 90 days from the purchase date. All you have to do is to contact our customer care service via the form and follow the instruction. 

2. Return

All the goods that did not fulfill our customers' expectations will be collected by the courier and delivered directly to us. Pack the parcel safely and follow the guidelines our consultant gives. The courier will collect the parcel on the agreed day. 

3. Return transfer

We'll make a refund immediately after we got a notice about the return of the parcel. If you opt for a product exchange, we will send the new one that complies with the order without delay.
