1. Contact with customer care
We are sure SAY MAKEUP products will match our customers' expectations. If for some reason it is not the case, the return or the exchange can be made within 90 days from the purchase date. All you have to do is to contact our customer care service via the form and follow the instruction.
Send the goods to the address provided within T&C.
Pack the parcel carefully (ideally into the original package) to prevent it from being damaged in transport, include the proof of purchase and the return form. Send the parcel to:

3. Return transfer
We'll make a refund immediately after we got a notice about the return of the parcel. If you opt for a product exchange, we will send the new one that complies with the order without delay.
