1. Are SAY MAKUP brushes handmade?

Yes. All of our products are handmade which guarantees our customers get high-quality accessories. They can be sure each brush has been crafted with profound reverence, paying particular attention to details.

2. Which material is used in making particular elements of the brushes?

We've made every effort to offer ultimate perfection and to make our customer delighted by SAY MAKEUP brushes. All brushes are made from the highest quality synthetic hair. The handles are wooden, the ferrules are aluminium. They are exceptionally effective and durable. Each brush has been ergonomically designed to ideally fit into your hand and facilitate a flawless finish with every application.

3. Are SAY MAKEUP brushes safe?

SAY MAKEUP products are 100% safe. Before they go on sale, they are subjected to comprehensive evaluations and rigorous tests. Our brushes are made of safe materials. We always devote close attention to details. 

4. What should I clean the brushes with?

The best way to clean SAY MAKEUP brushes is to use natural or soft soap (grey soap). Simply dip the bristle under warm running water before massaging in the soap and gently swirling in the palm of your hand. Rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry. You can also opt for professional products for cleaning brushes. Always, however, be careful not to wet the handle cause it may lead to its breakage with time. SAY MAKEUP brushes should always be dried with the bristle either upside-down or lying flat. Do not use hair-dryers and heaters. The brushes should be left to dry naturally in a warm and dry place.

5. How often should the brushes be cleaned?

All SAY MAKEUP products must be cleaned regularly. All the eye brushes, cheek brush, and powder brush should preferably be cleaned twice a week. Smaller brushes - even every day. Also, clean the brush for liquid foundation often.

8. How long will the delivery take?

Order processing time is 2 business days. The goods are delivered by a courier company. The delivery time depends on the place of delivery and the chosen payment method.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Certainly. Having observed the changing trends and demands of our customers, our orders are processed worldwide. The delivery time may be longer. Delivery cost is 17 GBP.
